It is the responsibility of the client to read the PDF guide sent upon booking. Should you not be eligible to receive Kambo because you neglected to fast, used substance, or went into the sauna for example, you will not be compensated.
For group sessions, any cancellations or rescheduling is prohibited, except at Nadine's discretion.
For private sessions, cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged.
If a group has less than 4 people, it may be rescheduled.
If you are 20 minutes late for your group session, you will not be permitted entry and you will be charged.
